### 12.1 The rule

- **Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.**
- After the 24-hour window, cancellation may forfeit the prepayment.

### 12.2 How refunds work

- **PayPal advance payments**: refunded to the original PayPal account or card, typically within 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund. PayPal's processing fee is not always refundable depending on PayPal's current policy.
- **Pay-on-arrival bookings**: nothing was charged, so no refund is needed — just notify us at least 24 hours ahead.

### 12.3 Modifications

- Change of time, date, vehicle type, or destination is usually accommodated even within 24 hours, subject to driver availability.
- Add-on requests (child seat, signboard greeter, language preference) can be added up to 12 hours before pickup.

- **Flight delay** — driver tracks arrival; if delay is significant, we will hold the driver as long as practical. For very long delays (4+ hours), we may need to reassign to another driver — communicated via app chat or messaging.
- **Missed flight on your side** — contact us as soon as you know. If you rebook for the same destination on the next day, we typically transfer your booking at no charge.
- **Weather closures** (rare — typhoons, floods) — full refund or rebooking at your choice.
